The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Quantitative Trader with deep expertise in probability theory and AI model development. You'll work at the intersection of advanced mathematics, machine learning, and competitive sports analytics to help evolve Coach's predictive algorithms. This isn't a traditional trading role—you'll be architecting the neural systems that power our prediction engine.
What You'll Do
- → Design and implement probabilistic models for real-time sports prediction
- → Develop and backtest quantitative trading strategies across multiple sports leagues
- → Train and fine-tune neural networks on proprietary sports datasets
- → Collaborate with the founding team to shape Coach's algorithmic roadmap
- → Continuously monitor and optimize model performance against live market data
Requirements
- • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Quantitative Finance
- • 3+ years experience in quantitative trading, algorithmic development, or AI research
- • Deep understanding of probability distributions, Bayesian inference, and stochastic processes
- • Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production environments
- • Passion for sports analytics and competitive betting markets
